
65000+ door-to-door, cone clipping and dirt-throwing individuals make up the largest amateur motorsports club in the United States.
Camp Verde, at the Equestrian Center 1 weekend every month SCCA RallyCross (RX) has Saturday set up for newbies, practices and testing runs. Sunday are the points paying competitions as yearly points Championship battles.
Open to street legal junkers from wrecking yards, daily drivers, SXS’s and full-on National SCCA ranked Rally cars. If a car has issues, you will see everyone chipping in to help get them back on the track.

There’s even a few rent-a-racers available with early reservations. Some folks share the same car in the same session or split. A Very Friendly bunch of Gear Heads. Classes are STOCK 2wd and 4wd, then MODIFIED 2wd and 4wd classes.
You must join SCCA as they cover the insurance and a fee to run each event day you want to run. A simple safety check at 7am, a current helmet, 8am track walk, 9am drivers meeting and then…. There’s 2x sessions per day. One half makes runs on a cone laid out dirt course as the other half man the corners to radio in knocked over cones or missed corner time penalties.
Single cars timed runs (3x cars out on the track at a time, spacedout) so do bumping or rubbin’ action… just pure fun to be had! Join the fun on Jan 27th and 28th in Camp Verde equestrian center.
