REVIVE A RIDE UPDATE: The Momentum Is Real

This month, even more Roddin’ AZ shops stepped forward.

AZ Hot Rod jumped in to handle the seats and floors — a huge part of the puzzle and an immediate upgrade in quality and comfort. AZ Differential by Nate has agreed to take care of any differential work the truck needs, making sure the rear end is as solid as the rest of the drivetrain. Old School Paint stepped up with donated paint and primer, helping us stay on track to restore that original two-tone turquoise and ivory combination that ties this truck back to its early-production 1961 roots. And a big thanks to Troy at SchulzeDesignwerks, who created the concept artwork. Seeing the DEC-10 illustrated in full color made the final goal feel tangible! This month’s progress sits on the strong foundation set by both of our early contributors: Dave Mancebo who got the ball rolling and Aaron Mueller, owner of MUELLER Built Customs, a 1960 Chevy truck fanatic! Everyone who touches the DEC-10 isn’t just restoring a truck — they’re supporting the Developmental Enrichment Center and the individuals and families who rely on DEC every day. Our sponsor list is growing, but there’s still plenty of room — and plenty left to do. If you or your shop would like to donate parts, labor, or services, call 480-963-9880. Every contribution, big or small, moves the DEC-10 one step closer to the finish line, and we will list you here for all our readers to see. The DEC-10 has come a long way in a short time.
