I would like to thank all the car show community and all the people that helped put on the car show for Hartlie last May of 2025. Thank you for everyone that attended the show with your beautiful vehicles. Thank you for everyone that donated their time and a big thank you for everyone that donated money to help support Hartlie and her family in a time of need . A big thank you goes out to Nancy Perry as I called her to ask for help and wow!! Help she did!!! In less than a month to prepare we put on a spectacular car show to show support for Hartlie as she battled a terminal brain tumor. We had over 500 amazing vehicles show up, and we had amazing people / clubs donating money for Hartlie. We raised over $40000 dollars for this amazing girl. She was the star of the show and loved looking and sitting in all the amazing cars & trucks. She could not believe that all the cars & trucks were there for her. With the money raised her family used it for medical expenses / bills / and seeing some of Hartlie’s last wishes come true. They got to spend precious time with a precious little girl. When we put on this show the Dr’s told her family she had only 9 months to a year to survive her tumor. Well, the Dr’s were right.. on April 22 she lost her battle. She put up a valiant fight that no one should have to fight. Even though she knew and accepted that she was going to pass away from this horrible disease she still fought and lived everyday to the fullest. I again want to thank EVERYONE that supported Hartlie!! All of my friends / family / neighbors / fellow car guys & gals / car clubs / city of El Mirage / Nancy Perry….thank you!! I only knew Hartlie for a short amount of time but she sure did touch my heart. Going to miss her… but I know she is in a much better place.
