This East valley shop has years of experience working on muscle cars, Classics and older trucks. Here are a few recent examples; a very cool 1949 Mercury 4 door cruiser, is still powered by a flathead Ford V8 with the 3 speed on the column. The shop will be converting the car to a Ford C4 three speed automatic and a Lokar floor shifter. A 1952 GMC pickup, now has front disc brakes and power booster. The shop also converted it to electronic ignition and did engine tuning. It had already been converted to a 12 volt system. After installing a new HEI distributor and new carburetor and did engine tuning on a 1969 Camaro, the shop installed a complete new Vintage Air AC system. A 1958 Corvette will be receiving a brake system upgrade. A 1965 Buick Rivera is back at Hangout Garage, this time to have a complete engine re-sealing to fix several oil leaks.
