Lopers Service & Performance Center

As always, there’s no shortage of cool and interesting vehicles at Loper’s Service Center. Here are some recent projects:

• 1955 Chevy 4-Door: This car had visited several shops, but none could get its Holley Sniper EFI system to work properly. Thanks to the skilled mechanics at
• Loper’s, the small-block Chevy engine is now running perfectly.
• 1962 Chevy Impala: Currently being converted to a 700R4 automatic overdrive transmission, complete with a new driveshaft and shifter.
• 1969 Camaro (Blown Small Block): This beauty arrived on a tow truck. The team is diagnosing and repairing issues, including rebuilding the twin carburetors and fixing electrical gremlins, to get it back on the road.
• 1963 Ford Galaxie (390 V8): Losing its 2-barrel carburetor in favor of a Holley 4-barrel, paired with a new Edelbrock intake manifold and fine-tuning for the new setup.
• 1980 Ford Bronco: Undergoing a complete Holley Sniper EFI conversion, including a new fuel cell, fuel pump, and all necessary plumbing.
• 1973 Chevy Blazer: Recently completed an LS1 5.7-liter engine swap with a Holley Terminator MAX EFI system. This project also included a 4L60E automatic overdrive transmission, a 4×4 transfer case, a Vintage Air A/C system, and longer wheel studs for the upgraded wheels and tires.
• 1932 Ford Roadster Hot Rod: Set to receive a new custom radiator and electric fan for improved cooling.
