FAST Motorsports is a general automotive repair and Transmission shop in East Mesa. Owner Harley is an active Off-Road racer as we’ll. At one of the recent races, he rolled his 1981 Jeep Scrambler, mainly because the original style suspension rides too high. So, right now the shop is in the process of installing an in-house created 4-link front and rear suspension, with coil;-over shocks and by-pass shocks for added off-road stability, to replace the outdated leaf spring based suspension. An unusual GM 125 transaxle from a 1980’s Pontiac Fierro was being fully rebuilt. Up on a lift was a 2005 Chevy Tahoe, that came in with a completely broken 4×4 transfer case. It will leave with a fresh new transfer case and a new 4L60E AOD transmission. The Full Race Sand Dragster features a FAST Motorsports built racing Powerglide, that features 1.25” input and output shafts. This little screamer does the 100 foot sand course in 1.8 seconds and the 200 foot course in 2.66 seconds. A Class 7 Off-Road truck with a 4 cylinder 4BT diesel engine, has a FAST Motosports built 618 lock-up transmission. Call FAST Motorsports at 480-625- 2085.
