All American Billet

In 2013, Shane Williams took over a small machine shop and transformed it into All American Billet (AAB), a leading manufacturer of billet parts for hot rods. The company’s fi rst product, a billet sun visor hook for 1967–1972 C10 trucks, set the tone for its innovative approach. Within months, AAB expanded its lineup to 20-30 parts and secured a deal with LMC Truck, which needed a reliable billet parts supplier. AAB’s commitment to developing new products, including serpentine kits and billet hood hinges, attracted major retailers like Summit Racing and JEGS, along with Phoenix-area shops. What started as a small operation quickly grew into a trusted name in the automotive aftermarket.

GROWTH THROUGH ACQUISITIONS AND NEW BRANDS

As All American Billet expanded, it added several brands to its portfolio, becoming a one-stop shop for billet parts and beyond:

• Accutronix Motorcycle Products: Aftermarket billet parts for Harley- Davidson, Indian, and Honda bikes.
• Valley Machine Works: Arizona’s oldest machine shop, founded in 1909.
• Headwinds Lighting: Makers of headlight buckets for motorcycles, street rods, and big rigs.
• WAM Bumpers: Heavy-duty offroad bumpers.
• Ilium Works: Billet parts for BMW motorcycles.
• Gotta Show: Braided stainless steel hose kits and fi ttings.

The company also developed its own brands, including All American Chassis, which builds suspension kits and complete chassis, and All American Hot Rod, a South Phoenix shop that handles everything from minor repairs to full builds. What began as vehicle work for research and development turned into a thriving hot rod shop when customers started requesting custom installs. AAB’s Latest Venture: Cobra Kit Cars and More All American Billet continues to expand, most recently acquiring Hurricane Motorsports, a manufacturer of Shelby Cobra replica kit cars. The company will offer build-it-yourself kits, rollers, and fully built cars. Plans are also in motion to add Porsche 356 Speedsters and Spyders to the lineup, further cementing AAB’s status as a leader in custom automotive innovation. Operating across three facilities totaling 41,500 square feet, AAB is more than a collection of brands— it’s a unifi ed powerhouse pushing the boundaries of hot rod and custom vehicle craftsmanship.
